TERMS & CONDITIONS
In making a purchase with Adore Bowtique Gifts (Abgifts) you acknowledge that you have read, understood
and agree to be bound by the T&C's of this agreement and it may be changed at any time without notice.
Under section 7(2)(d) of the Liquor Licensing Regulations 2012. A maximum limit of 2 bottles (2 x 750ml bottles) of alcohol per customer.
The gift hampers which contain alcohol may only be purchased by, delivered by and received by a person above the age of 18 years.
PHOTOGRAPHS
The wine glasses and props are for photographic purposes only therefore they are not included in the hampers. Please see gift hamper
contents lift for full item inclusions.
SHIPPING POLICY AND DELIVERY
Adore Bowtique Gifts does not guarantee same day delivery. Deliveries by our courier may take between 1-3 business days.
The price stated for each gift hamper includes delivery for Adelaide Metropolitan area and the outer zone only. Please contact Abgifts via
phone or email for the full destination list and pricing.
It is your duty as a purchaser to inform Abgifts if an order has not arrived. Using the allocated tracking number we can then track and
locate the order.
The gift hampers contain non refrigerated food products, however a signature is required from the receiver upon delivery of the gift hamper.
If the courier is unable to receive a signature upon delivery, they will leave a calling card to rearrange the delivery and may charge the
recipient a $3 re delivery fee. The recipient may request the courier to leave the gift hamper box at an unattended site or premises.
Please contact Abgifts if your gift hamper delivery is late or has not arrived and please note that the order has not been cancelled.
PAYMENT
Orders will not be dispatched by Abgifts until payment has been made in full via PAY PAL.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will not be accepted once the total payment has been made via PAY PAL. To cancel an order you must notify
Abgifts immediately soon after the gift hamper order has been placed.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you or the recipient receives an item that was out of date, broken or damaged please contact Abgifts to arrange for the hamper or item
to be returned and a replacement hamper or item will be sent by courier at no charge to you or the receiver.
Refunds may be given under certain circumstances but will not be provided due to change of mind. Please contact us within 7 days from date
of purchase regarding a return, replacement or refund. Thank you.
